Having trouble opening the app? These steps fix the most common issues — especially the 360 Total Security browser block.

Use the official published URL

Always open the app from the official link. Bookmark it on your phone or computer.

Open sunyani-church-manager.lovable.app
  • The published URL is trusted by most browsers and security tools.
  • Avoid sharing temporary preview links — they expire and may be flagged as "unknown".
  • On mobile, use Add to Home Screen for a one-tap shortcut that opens like an app.

Fix: 360 Total Security blocks the app

360 Total Security's Browser Protection sometimes flags new web apps as "unknown". Use these steps to whitelist Me&You Church.

Option A — Whitelist the site (recommended)

Open 360 Total Security

From the system tray or Start menu.

Go to Protection › Browser Protection (Webshield)

Some versions call it "Surfing Protection".

Open Settings › Trusted Websites / Whitelist

Add these addresses

Save and reload the app

Close the browser tab, then open the published URL again.

Option B — Temporarily disable Webshield

Open 360 Total Security › Protection

Toggle Webshield / Browser Protection off

Just for a moment — turn it back on after.

Reload the published URL

If it works, the block was the cause — go back to Option A and whitelist it permanently.

Option C — Try another browser

Open the published URL in Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox (without the 360 extension). If it opens, the issue is purely the 360 browser's blocker.

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload.
